			The Oaks plan is truly a practical home with hardly an inch of wasted space -- 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a finished family room, a living/ dining/ kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and double garage. The standard plan features 1,355 sq.ft. of finished space plus 425 sq.ft. of unfinished storage space in the fourth level basement. There are two elevations available in this plan.
