| Tonto/Dynatec Drilling | Located west of Salt Lake City, the Tonto/Dynatec building was a Design Build Contract. The existing building, previously used as a warehouse, was converted to office space. An addition was added to the building to serve as new warehouse space. Using piles under the footing we were able to ensure that the settlement of the new addition would be the same as the original building. We were also involved in the negotiations of additional land purchased for the needed expansion. Tonto/Dynatec Drilling is located at 2200 South 4000 West. |
