| Brasher's Auto Auction, a complete Design Build and one of our largest undertakings, is located west of Salt Lake International Airport. The site features office space, auction area, garage, state-of-the-art paint booth, two car washes, state-of-the-art detailing shop, and various onsite parking facilities.
Due to it's location and features, Brasher's Auto Auction has faced a unique set of challenges. When construction began on Brasher's Auto Auction there were no city utilities in the area. An experimental ceptic system was installed to be used until city utilities could reach the location. Due to the large size of the parking facilities, a special pourous concrete was used that would allow water to drain through the concrete, reducing the storm drain requirements. Even when Brasher's sustained an extensive amount of damage due to a burst water pipe, we were able to restore and repair the damage -- which included underpinning the foundation. As Brasher's Auto Auctions grew so did it's need for space and facilities. Brasher's has gone through a number of additions. While each remodel or addition was being built, Brasher's Auto Auctions remained in full operation. |
